Please read this section before contacting us about a puppy.

Our dogs live in the house with us.  All our dogs live a happy and fulfilled life.  Our dogs have constant companionship both with each other and ourselves as I work at home.

Puppies are sold to approved homes at eight weeks onwards.  All documentation will be available to take with your puppy.  We sell puppies that have been brought up in a happy, clean family home with our children.

We reserve puppies with a £100 deposit, which will be refunded if your chosen puppy should become ill or die whilst still in our care.  We also retain the right to return your deposit if we feel you are not able to offer one of our puppies a suitable forever home.

If after meeting us, our dogs and puppies you decide to commit to buying a puppy we will only hold a puppy when we have recieved the deposit.  No puppy will be considered reserved until this has been paid - a receipt will be given.

Your puppy will be wormed with Drontal every two weeks from two weeks old and treated with Frontline for fleas.  The puppy will be socialised with our children, dogs, cats, chickens, pet bunny and horses, as well as being used to all household noises.

When you collect your puppy, you will recieve KC Registration paperwork, 6 weeks free insurance through the Kennel Club, a puppy pack as well as a copy of the puppies routine.

We breed quality puppies who we want to go to forever homes.  We ask any potential puppy owners that they have considered very carefully the responsibility they would be taking on by aquiring a puppy.  You must have a garden, plenty of time to devote to initial and on going training and socialisation, especially in the first three months.  As this is when you must instill manners, house training and sociable behaviour in your puppy.  you should be prepared to get up during the night and early in the morning to let your puppy out.

You must be prepared to train your puppy responsibly, either at home or preferably at dog training classes - as a family.

We offer on going support and will always take a puppy back for re-homing.

If you are unable to keep your puppy for any reason then please contact us first.  We are able to offer the following rates for puppies that are returned.

If the puppy is under 10 weeks, we will refund 75% of the price paid, if the puppy is between 10 -12 weeks we will refund 50%, and if the puppy is between 12 -16 weeks we will refund 30%.  After 16 weeks we are unable to offer any refund due to the difficulties in rehoming a dog over this age that has become unsettled due to having the bonding process disrupted.

The above is on the basis the puppy is in good health and is being returned to us first.  We will endeavour to find the puppy the forever home he requires.

Any illness that occurs after collection from us should be covered by your 6 weeks free insurance, that we give with each puppy.
Any puppy being returned to us on the grounds of ill health must be accompanied by a vets certificate stating that this was a pre-existing condition present before the puppy was purchased and thus not covered by the insurance.  Providing we have written confirmaton that the puppy had a pre-existing condition your money will be refunded in full or a replacement puppy if available.

If you have any questions regarding our policy then please contact us.
